In his new position, Perry will be responsible for defining and developing DemandGen’s customer service mission and procedures, to ensure DemandGen customer interactions and engagements have the highest probability of success.

Perry has led multiple sales teams and excels at creating predictable, repeatable processes to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Most recently, Perry was Head of Customer Success at Televerde, where he helped transform the customer success group from tactical campaign managers to strategic business consultants focused on revenue growth and relationship development. This transformation led to a significant increase in new clients and customer retention over the past two years.
Prior to Televerde, Perry co-founded Anthelonz, a successful consumer products company, and served as VP of Sales and Marketing. There he built the e-commerce and digital marketing platforms that led to Anthelonz’s products being distributed throughout the FootLocker family of companies.
